• Business Data: The App retrieves your existing business data (invoices, expenses, parties, items) from your secure database (Firebase Realtime Database) to display it on your dashboard. This data belongs entirely to you.
• Camera Access: We request camera access strictly for the purpose of scanning QR codes to quickly authenticate and link the App to your desktop software. We do not record video or capture photos for any other purpose.
• Network State: We require internet access to fetch your real-time business data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's functionality.
• Authenticate your identity and ensure secure access to your business data.
• Display your financial reports, recent invoices, and party balances.
• Facilitate the sharing of invoices or payment reminders via third-party messaging apps (like WhatsApp or SMS) only when explicitly initiated by you.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your business data and authentication tokens are securely transmitted and stored using Google Firebase, which complies with industry-standard security protocols. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third parties.
