End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using any software product developed under the Minzah™ brand (including Minzah Folder Lock, Minzah Business Manager, and associated digital services).

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License Grant & Official Licensing Channels

Minzah™ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes on compatible devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• Official Licensing Method: All license tiers, validations, durable plan purchases, and product updates are officially and exclusively handled through the **Microsoft Store**.
• No Third-Party Distribution: No third-party distribution, retail sale, licensing transfer, or reseller networks are authorized to sell or issue licenses. Any copies of the Software acquired outside the official Microsoft Store are unauthorized, unlicensed, and void.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software. All acquired licenses are non-transferable and linked securely to the purchaser's Microsoft Account.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright, trademark, and brand logos) of Minzah™ or its affiliates.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regional regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, brand logos, code modular structures, CSS systems, and visual layouts, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Minzah™ and its licensors. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Minzah™ explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software.

Specifically, regarding Minzah Folder Lock: Since encryption keys and master passwords are held locally on the client system to ensure absolute privacy, Minzah™ cannot recover vaults if the master password or recovery key is lost. You assume full responsibility for backing up recovery keys.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Minzah™ and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software or $50.00 USD, whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the Software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the parent brand operates, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the competent courts of that region.
