• Local Accounting Data: For users of Minzah Business Manager, all financial ledgers, billing logs, client histories, and stock inventories are stored strictly in a local database file on your physical machine. Minzah has no access to your financial records.

2. Microsoft Store Licensing and Billing

To ensure total security and privacy, all commercial licensing, payments, plan updates, and durables transactions are handled and processed officially by **Microsoft Corporation**:

• We do not collect billing info, credit card data, mailing addresses, or transaction histories.
• All checkout operations occur within the secure sandbox container of the Microsoft Store, governed by Microsoft's Privacy Policy.
